WHY “SIX DEGREES?”

We are proudly represent our best cafe located in Umina Beach. The “Six degrees of separation” is a theory that everyone and everything is six or fewer steps away, by way of introduction, from any other person in the world, so that a chain of “a friend of a friend” statements can be made to connect any two people in a maximum of six steps. Six degrees of separation also carry on the theory that anyone on the planet can be connected to any other person on the planet through a chain of acquaintances that has no more than five intermediaries. It was originally set out by Frigyes Karinthy in 1929 and popularized by a 1990 play written by John Guare.

There are so many theories about it out there but the only one theory that we have here at “Six Degrees Cafe Umina Beach” is only the joyful of our customer.

Six Degrees Cafe Umina Beach was opened in December 2013. Our best interested is the happiness of our value customer. We serve delicious food prepared with passion and served to be enjoyed from our experienced in-house chef.

The food is simple and wholesome family style Australian food, with everything made from scratch on site, using the best of all ingredients such as fresh free range eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh daily and bread. Including the delicious house made coffee, fresh juice, bakery and pastry.
